Air Systems Design, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Robert M. Zacary, Sr., CEO, who has been designing pneumatic conveying and dust control systems since 1964. In 1985, his son Robert M. Zacary, Jr., President, joined the company and has been working in sales and estimating ever since. To best serve our customers, we provide a complete professional staff of mechanical designers and engineers. This staff is trained in Auto-CAD to ensure that we always provide clear and concise information to our customers. To further serve our customers, we also offer in-house electrical engineering design services which assure that all control systems not only meet our stringent specifications but that they also adhere to each one of our customers specific needs. To ensure quality products are delivered to every customer, we have our own fabrication facility. This shop is accustomed to fabricating specialty items for our customers including heavy duty fans, platforms, support structures, diverter valves, separators, hoppers, and chutes. Having our own shop also allows our designers and fabricators to share ideas; thus making sure that the customer receives the best possible product for their investment. On the job site, we provide one of the best trained and most safety oriented erection crews in the industry. They carry a $5,000,000.00 general liability insurance policy along with worker's compensation coverage. As proof of their record, we offer that our EMR rating has averaged 0.84 since 1992. With the above alone, we feel that we can offer the most innovative designs along with the best fabrication and installation services available in the United States. But, our experience does not stop there. We also bridge the Atlantic with our affiliation with M & Y Systems, Ltd. in England. M & Y Systems is a company much like our own who is recognized throughout Europe for their fine designs incorporating the patented Material Discharge Unit.
